Hi there Gertrude here. I am just about totally formerly feral. I still get really nervous around other cats. I just don't like cats. MOL. So if I go outside, I go off for a couple of days so now Mom goes with me when I go out.
This grass is great stuff to nom on. I don't know why that Person has to come out with me and spy on me. She just needs to mind her own business. But I do love to snuggle with her at night.

Gertrude we hope you don't go off but if you do please stay real close or Marg will be upset. Lucy is very cross with Tees and she says he has been so good recently she thought he was more settled. She is trying telepathy to get him to go home.

TNR is very important. As much as I love the kittens at the shelter every year, I hope someday the big Spring influx of homeless babies will be drastically reduced. Yesterday I saw a little black and white kitten on the shoulder of a highway. I stopped my car and ran back but couldn't find him or her. So very sad.

You sure are a pretty momma cat. I know your mom just wants you to be safe. Nothing wrong with that and in return you get to snuggle with her every night. I think that's a great trade off.
