We are stretching out our paws to the Shelter cats

We know that this month is Adopt a Shelter cat so we are stretching our paws out to those kitties in shelters in hopes someone will adopt one or two of them or more.

Hi there my name is Split and I am stretching my paw out. Hope it works. We were very lucky that we didn't end up in a shelter.

Hi there, my name is Orange boy and I may be asleep having a super nap but I am still reaching my paw out to all those kitties in the shelters. We are always hoping they will all get a furrever home.

Hi there, my name is Mister and I am reaching out also. We just hope our little paws will do some good. All we can do is try. So don't forget everyone that this is Adopt a Cat Month. Our Mom would love to adopt some more but she isn't allowed to because we don't have enough green papers to feed any more bodies around here plus take them to the vets.

You have a tortie with a half and half face, just like me! We're all glad we didn't end up in shelters too, so we spend some time each day, just before we fall asleep for naps, thinking about those poor kitties who don't have homes as nice as ours, though we always think ours could use a little improvement, like maybe mom could have a bigger lap or more hands like that Hindu goddess...

Good outstretched paws! Our Humans would like more Cats, but one dozen is enough, for now.

Yes, let's hope all the kitties get good furrever homes.
It's probably been 30 years since I've gotten a cat at a shelter, the most depressing place I've ever been to. Wanted to take them all home, but ended up with my Sunflower (she kept reaching out and patting my head as I was looking at the kitty in the cage under her) she lived 21 years. All my cats since then have been unwanted or strays there are just so many and we can't take them all.

Your mom and our human are in the same boat, we think....Would love to adopt more, but technically don't have the funds to support even we three--not with big vet bills.

We, too, wish for forever homes for all unwanted non-humans.

Universal blessings to your mom for doing so much and for caring for you all!

This such a sweet post. I'm so glad these kitties at least didn''t have to be in a shelter. We want to adopt more too but live in a small apartment not to mention expensive vet bills. These three are all so cute, but I'm partial to Split. I love torties! Both Simba and Lucy are rescue kitties. Love the outstretched paws.

That is a beautiful post. Our Mummy can hardly contain herself because she wants to expand our family by a few more shelter kitties. She knows it makes sense to wait until we're in our new country... only 2 months to go!
We want more humans to adopt shelter animals! Purrrr
