We want homes for Christmas

Hi there Celia here. Please help me find a home for Christmas.Celia is only about two years old. She was obviously socialized at one time, but then left outside on her own. She's confused - fearful at first when you pick her up, but then she starts purring in your arms immediately. Celia needs a special home! Please help her out!

Hi there, Onyx here and someone please help me find a home for Christmas. Onyx is, in a word, goofy! He is about 9 years old now and has been with us since he was a kitten. At first, he was scared of us, and then he turned into a big baby of a lap cat. Onyx has managed to befriend every other animal in foster care simply by acting like a perpetual kitten. He needs someone who is willing to go the extra mile to gain his trust, but once you have it, he will follow you around and entertain you with his constant kitten-like antics.

You can see more animals that need homes here Holly's Go take a look if you have time. These kitties are in Kentucky. So if you know anyone in Kentucky, please let them know about these kitties.

such beautiful kitties - I hope someone sees this and decides to adopt them. I encourage anyone a little hesitant to adopt an older cat to open your heart and just do it. It is very rewarding and you'll soon find out it's much better than adopting a kitten. Kittens are adorable but they are only little for such a short time, and I've always found a cat which is a little older and maybe has been through some rough patches is so appreciative of a good home and adapts very quickly.

Such beautiful kitty cats. We wish there were no homeless pets. It makes Mom so sad to think about them. This is why there are so many of us! She wishes she could take in more. Happy Weekend, ~ Anna Sue

I sure hope and pray Celia and Onyx can find their forever home soon. What a nice Christmas present that would be for them, and for their lucky families!

My kitteh Rocky wrote his first ever post for the RPO blog and he'd sure be tickled if you'd check it out. If he gets enough positive feedback, my boss might even let him write another one some day! Here's his post: http://canidaepetfood.blogspot.com/2010/12/life-as-seen-through-eyes-of-cat.html

Stories like these make me sad, especially Onyx, who is 9 and has been without a permanent home his whole life! It would be so great for them to find homes!

I would love to take any of these beauties and wish I could. But, it seems a pregnant female has taken up with my daughter at their apartments.

They already have four cats and can't have anymore. But, my daughter is feeding her and taking care of her until the babies come. They are expected to be born at anytime now.

As soon as the babies are weaned I am taking the mother and at least 2 kittens. so I am all booked up right now. This is a wonderful thing you are doing. My daughter does it too!

Blessings to you!
Jackie:-)
