Well it seems that our new cat Magnolia,  that is residing in our bathroom right now was hiding something from our Mom. She was devistated when she found one of these on Mon. She just happened to just go to see if any of the other cats had come back. She felt just terrible about catching Magnolia.

Magnolia was hiding 3 little kittens. Our silly Mom couldn't tell that Magnolia was nursing them since she couldn't get close to her.  Mom found one of them on Mon. and then another one on Mon. afternoon and then three on Tues. morning. She has rigged up a deal, where there is a pan of water with a rock in it and the dish on top of the rock  so that the ants don't get in the food. As you can see they need a bigger dish which Mom was trying to figure out yesterday afternoon.

The good news as you can kind of see, they are already getting used to me being there. And they are eating. So it might be a blessing that I did catch Magnolia since it keeps these kittens from learning to be afraid of humans from their Mom. The third one had gone back in the hole that goes under the house. They are all tabbys and one almost looks like a bengal. It is  the one that left to go under the house.

The plan is to catch them but I have no where to put them at the moment so everyone please pass the word around that they need a foster home.

Wishing everyone a fantastic day.

What cute little kittens - thank goodness you found them - Magnolia must have been a busy mum looking after them.
We hope you find some kind people to foster them.
We wanted to say we are thinking about you today with your hospital appointment - we hope everything goes well and hope you will let us know what the doctor says.
Luv & purrs Hannah, Lucy and Mum Sue (sorry mum can't purr!!)

Hi there Hannah and Lucy. I go to the cancer Doctor tomorrow for a check up. Thanks for the good wishes.

They are terribly cute! I am surprised the vet who gave her her surgery didn't mention anything about her being a nursing momcat.

We hope you have an excellent checkup.

Magnolia's babies! They are very cute and maybe mom can see how good you are to them and come around to trusting you, too!

Best of luck in finding foster homes for them, Marg. They look healthy and sweet!

Marg, your heart is so huge! Unfortunately it's bigger than your home and your resources.

I wish you luck in catching the little ones, though, and hopefully they will find furever homes through a foster, or directly from your place. With you being able to socialize them a bit, they will certainly have a better chance in life.

I also hope that Magnolia will warm up to you so that she can be placed in a furever home, too.

Bless you Marg, for looking after these little darlings (I did so feel your predicament), but it's great they'll now get used to you. I wish and hope they'll get caught soon and hopefully there'll be a loving home in store for them. Hoping Maggie is settling a bit - it'd be wonderful if it was possible to just scoop up the little critters and bring them to her but it looks like they have a size where they can cope quite well.

Kittens!!! They are adorable!!! Her hiding them brings back memories of decades ago. We had two cats that had kittens at the same time. Ives was totally black and had four kittens. Gray Kitty (gray of course!) had three kittens. She kept stealing Ives kittens and hiding them in the drawers in the bedroom! For some reason, she did not want Ives to have them...she wanted them all for herself!! I love cats!!! Lots of love, Debbie & Holly
