An easy like Sunday

Here we are having a wonderful nap on a nice easy like Sunday. And we are really enjoying the super weather that we have been having lately. It is so nice to soak up all this sun. After all, it has been a long winter. My name is Mr. Gun Smoke, and my buddy is Joe. I guess he is guarding me so he isn't lying down. We don't have many jobs around here. We just get to eat, nap, and wander around the pasture. So we have the good life.

The donkeys certainly look like they are living the charmed life.

Loved the story of Mewmew. One of my very best friends came to me the same way. She was abandoned in the barn by her feral mother. She was a little bolder than your Mewmew. She did not want to be left alone. She would follow me to the house and hang on the back door screen making enough noise to wake the dead. We were inseparable for 15 wonderful years.

I haven't taken my Aggie to any sheep trials. Her mother and one sister do well in herding events and doing farm work.
