My good friend Smoke and I (Joe) really like to carry buckets around and Mom just happened to have her camera with her this morning. So here I am picking this one up. One time we carried one all the way down to then end of the pasture. It took Mom days to find it. Aren't we just too clever. As Sadie would say, Ha Roo Ha Roo.
So here we go. So, Smoke where are you?? You are supposed to be helping me get away with this bucket. Is that darn goat chasing you??
I guess I will just have to go find him. Where in the world is he??
See, I told you the goat was chasing him. But he should have come around the other side and helped me. This bucket is heavy. I just might have to put it down. Just another day in the life of a donkey.

Today is normally Thankful Thursday, and our Mom has to say she is so thankful for how wonderful all the blogosphere bloggers are. I started this auction not knowing if we would get enough items to auction, and everyone has done a lot of digging so we have a gracious plenty. Thanks to all. As soon as I get all the items on the site, I will start the auction today. Thanks to everyone.

You donkeys ought to make moving the buckets a sort of relay race - it would still be hard work but it would be more fun too. Mum's been out this morning so she still hasn't looked for something for the auction but we promise she will or we'll give her the bitey. Lucy says she hopes Tees is staying close to home.
