We are leaving tons more purrs for Gertrude and hope she wanders in very soon. Has she got shut in somewhere in an out building although we suppose that would be the first place you would look. It looks as though the donkeys are running round looking for her. Just a thought - has she gone back inside and got shut in somewhere Marg?

It's nice to see you donkey boys out getting some exercise! And yes, we are purring hard for Gertrude to come home. It's not too unusual for kitties to go off for a couple of days from time to time, so we hope she comes home real soon -- so your Mom can stop worrying.

It's the worry part that's the most difficult.

Sending a massive number of purrs for Gertrude's safe return. I've never disappeared on my peeps like that but my brothers Seville and Rushton both have. Oh, and my sister Tess too. Peeps think they were locked in someone's garage or something. But the thing is, the peeps were frantic and the neighbours were complaining (I'm pretty sure they were although no one ever spoke up) about peep #2 doing her caterwauling calling for the cats. Calling that could be heard clear across the Altantic, I am sure. So you can imagine how loud it must have been in our neighbourhood. All three came home and got practically cuddled to death. But I know how upset my peeps were when each one was missing so I'm sure you're pretty upset right now. So... I'm sending that massive number of extra-strength purrs ASAP. purrs

Our Tommie was shut in a neighbor's greenhouse for 3 days a while back. We couldn't sleep for worrying. Purring that Gertrude is home soon.

Our human was doing cat transfers this morning between the rescue and pet store. We didn't know Gertrude was even missing. We are so glad she came home!

Its been so busy, but our mom says she will be emailing you soon. The Girl is home this week and she just has this week to get in her car, hair, dentist & eye doctor appointments and everything to get ready for the next school year.

Hurray for Gertrude, glad she came home. I have two donkey neighbors too, but they are not wordless :o)))
