This year as I was thinking about all of the different gifts that I could get for my family, I was struck with the idea of possibly getting a family gift that all of us could use. Although I have done this in the past for the kids when we would get all three kids a trampoline or a playstation, I wanted to do it this year for the whole family. We tossed around the idea of a vacation, but since we usually go to Disney World every other year anyway, I tried to brainstorm something a little more out of the box. That's when I thought of getting our living room turned in to a home theatre. This might sound extravagant, and it probably is, but I knew that we would get so much bonding time out of it.
