So Not a Snow Girl

The best part of living down south: None of that pesky winter weather! You won't find a drop of snow or even a slight chance of sleet/freezing rain here in the sunshine state, no way. I make sure to (in good nature, of course) brag to my best friend, who happens to live in Delaware ---one of the snowiest states we have. The downside? No snow days from work. The upside? Well, probably just about everything else-at least if you're me! We can always go wherever whenever we want-nothing holding us back, and our cars never really have any trouble since we avoid all that nasty ice. Sure, I might have the fleeting urge to make a snowman here and there, but that'll quickly pass.

It's a good thing I've hovered near the equator for so long because I'm not sure I'd deal well with the snow-I can barely tolerate standing by the open freezer for too long! If we ever got any, I'd have to make one serious trip to Jacksonville SEARS Home improvement to prepare-ha!

I live in Vermont with my wife and 45 house cats. The snow and cold sucks, bad roads, rusty cars from the salt and lets not for get the cost for home heating. http://tinyurl.com/29dhu6s
