Appointments & Scheduling

Appointment Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment
Late arrivals may result in rescheduling to accommodate other patients
We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments without 24-hour notice

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Emergency Disclaimer: In life-threatening situations, immediate action may be necessary without prior consultation. We will make every effort to contact you, but may proceed with emergency treatment to save your pet's life.

Client Responsibilities
